What does shipping cost?
Canada Post is free on orders of $120 or more. Otherwise choose express flat rate for $15 (2–3 business days) or UPS / Purolator for $40 (1–3 business days to major cities, signature required). More on our Shipping page.
Can you ship to a P.O. box?
No, please give a street address.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain, unmarked, smell-proof packaging on every order.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number when your order ships.
Something is wrong with my order. What now?
Email orders@budmail.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
